All commissions are based on affiliates and influencers making direct contact through email or social media to the end user. The influencer may not use any foul language or vulgarities in any post that contains any mention of our company or companies products. All affiliates and influencers must be of legal age to enter into a legal contract to promote our products. Affiliates and or influencers will be responsible for all legal fees incurred by Staten World Enterprises, LLC In the event of a breach of this agreement resulting in any type of legal action. All legal actions will be heard based on New York law and executed within the boundaries of New York City.  Staten World Enterprises reserves the right to accept or decline any request to become one of our affiliates/influencers.
